Croatian presidential elections – campaign for Ivo Josipović
Croatia, our neighbour country, was having presidential elections about two weeks ago.Bruketa&Žinić, a great croatian advertising agency, approached the team behind First-Finger.com, a project I’m involved with. They liked our work, and in the end invited me to collaborate on the campaign they were doing for Ivo Josipović, a presidential candidate of SDP political party. It’s not everyday you get to photograph a (possible) president, so I gladly accepted.
The job included a photoshoot for all the materials (billboards, posters etc.) as well as following and photographing Ivo Josipović for 15 days, during his months-long tour around Croatia. With great people on the team, there was no way the photos could turn out anything else but great! To say that it was an amazing experience would be an understatement. This was simply my craziest project ever – in a very positive way!!
Ivo Josipović WON, so in the end I really did get to photograph a president!

Oh yeah, there are also a couple of tech ones in there, as well. What can we say? We couldn't resist. I should note, for the record, that in the case of these blogs, "favorite" doesn't necessarily mean "popular." Sure there are some blockbuster sites on this list, like Boing Boing and Engadget, but there are also a lot of hidden gems. What, after all, is the point of putting together a list like this, if we're only going to highlight sites that everyone already knows and loves?

Zbrali se bodo najboljši slovenski žonglerji. Vse skupaj se bo odvijalo v počastitev svetovnega dneva žongliranja. Popoldan se boste lahko udeležili delavnic, ter seveda tekmovanja, ob 18.00 pa ste lepo vabljeni na finale državnega prvenstva, ter nastope domačih in tujih žonglerjev, ter s cirkusom povezanih ljudi.
